About The Event
Creative Community Teen Group
Our teen group provides a safe space to learn, grow and connect with others. Many teens struggle with challenging relationships, self-esteem, self-care, boundaries and school. This group will help with skills training through interactive activities to help teens 15-17 years old wanting to connect with other like-minded teens. The groups are small, registration is limited to 6 participants. Teens will be able to create, learn and grow in a safe, judgement free environment. Group meets for 6 consecutive Wednesdays from April 2nd through May 7th for 90 minutes. Each week will focus on teaching a new skills through a hands-on, art activities. No prior art experience needed and no boring lectures! Group is led by Alicia Ballestas, Board Certified Registered Art Therapist
